Track Shipping – Important Information for tik.cards Customers

  1. Standard shipping may show fewer tracking updates.
    It’s normal for standard shipping to go several days (even up to a week) without a new update. This does not mean your package is lost or stuck. It’s still on the way — the tracking system just updates less frequently.

  2. We do not have any additional tracking information.
    We see the exact same tracking updates you see. Unfortunately, we can’t provide more detailed info than what’s shown on the tracking link.

  4. If you see the status: "Attempted/Unsuccessful (physical) delivery"
    Please contact your local post office (State Post) to arrange a new delivery or pick up your package.
    We don’t have the exact post office address, but it’s usually your nearest local post branch.

  5. We cannot change, modify, or reroute a package after it has been shipped.
    Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are unable to change the address or cancel the shipment.

  6. Only DHL shipments can be rerouted, and only for an extra fee.
    If you selected DHL Express, the package can be rerouted for a €12 fee, charged by DHL. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is needed.
