Standard shipping may show fewer tracking updates.
It’s normal for standard shipping to go several days (even up to a week) without a new update. This does not mean your package is lost or stuck. It’s still on the way — the tracking system just updates less frequently. -
We do not have any additional tracking information.
We see the exact same tracking updates you see. Unfortunately, we can’t provide more detailed info than what’s shown on the tracking link. -

If you see the status: "Attempted/Unsuccessful (physical) delivery"
Please contact your local post office (State Post) to arrange a new delivery or pick up your package.
We don’t have the exact post office address, but it’s usually your nearest local post branch. -
We cannot change, modify, or reroute a package after it has been shipped.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are unable to change the address or cancel the shipment. -
Only DHL shipments can be rerouted, and only for an extra fee.
If you selected DHL Express, the package can be rerouted for a €12 fee, charged by DHL. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is needed.
