Yes, it does. Our team of ecommerce marketers uses the same solution to run our own ecommerce shops. We actually developed this solution for internal usage initially.

No, no monthly costs or any other purchases needed with card.

Yes, our solution works from anywhere. You can be located in any country.

Do I need to have mobile network coverage?
No, Tiktok reads a part of location info from the sim card chip, so it is enough to have a card in the phone, even if there is no mobile network in the area.
Can I use your solution on an existing Tiktok account?
Yes, you can. It will take some days to completely reflect the change of country. However, for the best performance, we suggest using new accounts created with our solution.
Can I use your solution to manage multiple Tiktok accounts?
A: Yes, it is possible and very easy to do. For the most comfortable and easy usage, we recommend using a dedicated smartphone for each Tiktok account.
Q: When do I select the country I want to target?
You need to select the country (for example, United States) at the time of order so that we can send you the proper sim card and information for the connection.
What countries are available to target?
We provide a solution for most countries. If your desired country is not on the list at the time of placing the order, let us know.
How long does it take to get the package?
We ship every working day. We offer multiple shipping options including Expedited tracked package, DHL and GLS/DPD (Europe)

Yes, we ship to every country which is over 220 countries and territories.
Q: Can I use this solution to change the country for any other app?
A: There are rumors that it works for IG Reels, but we haven’t tested this yet.

A: We will send you access to a guidebook, a sim card. Once you receive it, just scan the QR code from the sim card to get started.

A: No, not at all. We only sell one product.

A: You can either place an order with multiple cards or let us know more about your needs, and we will try to provide you with a solution.
Q: Can I use the sim card you ship for calls or SMS?
A: No, the sim card has no call or SMS feature.
Q: Is there any monthly cost with the sim card?
A: No, there is no monthly or any other cost involved with the sim card.

A: No, the card stays active at all times.

Shipping FAQ
Where is tracking for my order?
We have sent you an email with shipping info and tracking link so you can track your package progress online in real time. Tracking info is also available on our Admin area next to your order summary. You can check your package tracking anytime from our webpage: Track my order
Tracking website does not work.
If the tracking webpage is not working (sometimes it may be down due to overuse), you can use:

I didn't receive, or I don't find an email with tracking. How do I track my package?
If you did not receive the email with your tracking number, you can still track your package on our website:

You will need to enter your Order ID and the email address used for the order.
I see my package tracking has no updates. What do i do?
If you see no movement of your package for several days, there is no need to worry. This is very common with this shipping method. The postal service does not provide us with any additional information beyond what is available in the public tracking system.
However, if your package is stuck or has not been delivered for over 30 days, please contact us. We can file a claim with the postal service and work on finding a solution for you.
When will you ship my order?
We ship daily. Monday to Friday. Expedited tracked courier pickup time is around 4pm, DHL at 2pm and GLS around 11am.
Do you have a sim card in stock?
Yes, we keep all cards in stock all the time.
How much does shipping cost?
Expedited tracked shipping to EU countries cost 7.8 euros, in the rest of the world 8.7 euros. DPD varies by country between 12-17 euros and DHL costs 35 Euros. Please note we only charge one shipping fee for as many cards you order. No extra fee.
What currier do you use for expedited tracking?

Do you provide tracking for packages?
Yes, all shipments are tracked and you get email with a tracking link.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Slovenia and Spain warehouse.
Do I need to pay import or customs fees?
We ship from the European union. If your order is shipped outside the EU it might be subject to import fees or custom.
What happens if my package is stuck at customs?
In some cases you might be asked to provide an invoice. You can save and print it from the Admin area.
Do you ship to Russia?
Yes, we do ship to Russia. However, DHL doesn't deliver so we can only ship by Expedited tracked mail and it takes around 2-5 weeks to deliver.
Do you ship to Ukraine?
Yes, we do ship to Ukraine. However, DHL doesn't deliver so we can only ship by Expedited tracked mail and it takes around 2-3 weeks to deliver.
Do you ship to Israel?
No, we do not ship to Israel at the moment due to state post stop service and DHL charging an extremely high fee that is extremely high.
Do you ship to India?
Yes, we do ship to India . We recommend DHLshipping, Expedited tracked mail takes around 2-4 weeks to deliver.
Payment FAQ
What payment do you accept?
Credit cards, crypto, and paypal are the main payment methods. Alternatively we do accept Skrill, SEPA, N26, Wise (Transferwise), Revolut, Binance, Paysafe, Metamask

Is this a scam?
Of Course not.. Make sure to do some google research on how this card and method work on Tiktok and only order when/if you are convinced.
Can I order on ebay?
Sure, you can. We do have a reseller on ebay: alex.home (sold out at the moment)
Am I protected in case you don’t ship?
If you have doubts I advise you to make payment using Paypal since they have great customer protection service. And we are a part of it.
Can I get a refund?
Sure. Not a problem. We offer a refund without needing to provide any reason. Simple ship card back and we will refund the same payment method as you made payment. Please note shipping is not refundable.

Will it work on Android?
Yes, our sim card for tiktok is compatible with all versions of Android. It comes as a triple cut (in 3 frame sizes) to fit all phones.
Will work on IOS, Apple?
Yes, our sim card for tiktok is compatible with all versions of IOS (Apple). It comes as a triple cut (in 3 frame sizes) to fit all phones.
Does the card have a phone number?
So, as per item description, sim card has no phone number attached. The reason for this is that TikTok gets all location info from a sim card chip and all location info is hard written on the card I provide. So, there is no need for a phone number, because US prepaid plans start at 45 USD per month, and there is no point in having that extra cost. You will register an account with email, However if needed extra verification i can provide one time TikTok account verification with the USA phone number as well for free.

Do I need to make a factory reset?
Only if you have had previously banned Tik Tok account on same phone
Do I need to use VPN?
Yes, in most cases. Till June 2024, the card was enough, but after the TikTok algorithm update, a VPN is needed. It is a special type of connection (not a regular VPN), and all details come in the guidebook.
Can I get a link to a guidebook?
Please use QR code from your card frame to access the guidebook. There is also a link written on the card.
