Estimated shipping times, costs and additional fees
Your location, how you place your order and the size of your order effect the shipping cost of your order and estimated shipping time and will impact whether or not your order incurs any additional fees, such as local government import duties. Please note that delivery delays can be caused by many factors. The below information is an estimate only and items may take longer to arrive.
Placing an order through our online store
Most of our orders placed through the online store are shipped for free to most countries listed in the checkout. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated customs fees and import duties
Depending on your local government, your order may incur additional fees, such as import duties, VAT/GST, and customs processing fees. As these taxes and the thresholds for taxation are different for each country, we are unable to provide estimates as to what your taxes may be. Estimated shipping times
Shipping times vary for many reasons however in general, you should receive your order within 3-30 business days.
Orders are shipped from Slovenia and Spain local couriers. Expedited tracked is shipped via State post of Slovenia / State post of Spain, For orders within EU we also ship with GLS/DPD shipped from Slovenia and for orders worldwide we also use DHL Express shipped from Slovenia
The times listed are estimates and shipping may not be available to all countries/regions. The estimated times may not be met due to delays in local customs and postal services.
Customs fees and import duty
Depending on your local government, import duties, VAT/GST, and customs processing fees may apply. As these taxes and the thresholds for taxation are different for each country, we are unable to provide estimates as to what your taxes may be. Any additional fees and/or duties will be payable by the customer. No reimbursement shall be issued by tik.cards for these charges.
If your order incurs customs processing fees and/or additional delivery costs, you will be invoiced for those charges by the courier or applicable agency. Any such charges are excluded from the cost of your order and are not controlled by tik.cards. Should you refuse to pay these costs, your order will be returned to our warehouse or destroyed.
Even if you refuse to pay these costs and choose to have the goods returned or destroyed, you will still be responsible for the full repayment of all costs incurred. These costs may include cost of goods, customs fees and return shipping charges.
Tracking
Orders sent via DHL, Expedited tracked, GLS or DPD are globally trackable. Please see the link and tracking number in your shipping confirmation to track your order.
Important Note About Shipping:
The customer is responsible to help for successful delivery of their product. This includes contacting the shipping company, and providing details such as identification that they require, if asked for.
Below is important information to prevent items from being returned by the shipping company:
To avoid the item from being returned, customers are required to provide their full name in the information form when purchasing the product. The cost of the return will be the responsibility of the customer if the name on the form is incorrect or incomplete. If there is a mistake, please email us here.
To avoid the item from being returned by/to the shipping company (due to necessary information not being provided to customs), the customer should frequently check the tracking as well, and ensure they respond to any request (usually regarding tax) from the shipping company. This should be done within 48 hours, in order to avoid paying any re-delivery or re-shipping surcharge. We will also frequently check the tracking for each item to ensure that any notification of it being stuck in customs can be dealt with in a timely manner. Upon receiving the notification, we will contact the customer to provide information in regards to customs clearance.
If items are returned, or need to be reshipped due to incorrect information, or delays in providing necessary information to the shipping company/customs by the customer, an additional fee may be placed which is the customer’s sole responsibility.
